Simon has spearheaded successful mine exploration, supporting developments at Waihi, New Zealand and Tanami, Australia.
	Peter Liddle - BCom; C.A. Position: CFO, Company Secretary Peter has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the mineral and petroleum exploration sectors in Australia and New Zealand. He has acted as Company Secretary for publicly listed companies in Australasia.
	Andrew Hamilton - BSc (Hons, Victoria) Position: IT and Database Manager Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology degree in Electronics and Instrumentation, with a focus on Computer Science and programming. Andrew has considerable experience in the specialized software utilized by Glass Earth Gold.
	Bhuvan Naran C.A. Position: Accountant Bhuvan is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants with significant audit and commercial experience.
