Mr Dow is a geologist with 41 years experience as a successful greenfields 
explorer, exploration manager, and mining executive in New Zealand, 
South East Asia, the United States and Latin America.

His most recent executive appointment was as chairman and managing 
director of Newmont Australia Limited, the Australian subsidiary of one of 
the world's largest gold producers.

Mr Dow is a director of the AusIMM and holds various other roles in the mining industry.

Mr Henderson is an exploration geologist with over 30 years experience in the gold mining and exploration industry in New Zealand, Australia, Africa, Chile, Vietnam, & Fiji. He has spearheaded successful exploration efforts supporting mine developments at Waihi, New Zealand and Tanami, Australia.

Mr Henderson has extensive skills in a wide range of exploration activities, including epithermal gold deposits (Waihi, Fiji, Chile), mesothermal gold exploration (Otago, NW Nelson - both in New Zealand), and Archaean-Proterozoic vein gold (Tanami, Beaconsfield - both in Australia).

He has broad experience in land ownership, access, tenement management, negotiation and liaison with Government, indigenous landowners and leaseholders. Management of several major Joint Ventures and individual companies as Manager and/or Director underpins his communication, negotiation, arbitration and personnel management techniques.

Peter has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the mineral and petroleum exploration sectors in Australia and New Zealand. He has acted as Company Secretary for publicly listed companies in Australasia.

Mr Jones is a director of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd and chairs its Environmental, Health and Safety and Technical Committee. He is also a principal of Sovereign Management Group Ltd., a director of the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum, a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and several other state, regional and national mining organizations where he has served as an officer and director.

Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering Degree from the University of Minnesota, is a Registered Professional Engineer, and has served in numerous engineering, operations, senior management and consulting positions in public and private companies active in the Americas, Africa and Asia during his long career in the mining industry.

Mr Cochrane is the Executive VP of Corporate Development at Sandstorm Metals and Energy, as well as being actively involved with Sandstorm Gold. Prior to joining Sandstorm, Mr Cochrane was a VP at National Bank Financial, where he spent nine years working in the investment banking group, specialising in advice on merger and acquisition transactions and equity and debt financing opportunities. Mr Cochrane also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
